Firmus Plans 360MW Nvidia AI Data Center in Indonesia, Expanding Southeast Asian AI Compute Capacity

According to TechRepublic, infrastructure company Firmus is planning to build a 360MW Nvidia AI data center in Indonesia. The project signals accelerating AI compute infrastructure development in the Southeast Asian region.

The data center will leverage Nvidia's AI computing platform and is designed to meet the growing demand for large-scale AI training and inference in the region. A 360MW power capacity places this in the hyperscale category, comparable to the world's largest AI data centers.
