Chengdu, the capital of China's Sichuan province, has officially rolled out an "AI+" action plan, setting an ambitious target of 260 billion yuan (roughly $36 billion) for its core AI industry scale. The announcement signals a significant acceleration in the city's AI industrial strategy.
