Shanghai Film Haopu launches Haozhen AI creation platform, cutting film production cycles from days to hours

Shanghai Film Haopu Smart Industry Community, together with Kuaizi Technology, has officially launched the Haozhen Film & TV Creation Platform and completed its deployment at the park, in what it calls a key upgrade for the Shanghai Science & Film Capital AI Creation Ecosystem Center. The platform's headline promise is compressing AI film creation cycles from the "day" level to the "hour" level.

The platform targets professional content production for film, TV, short dramas and advertising, offering resident companies and creators a stable, self-iterating AI creation infrastructure. To lower the entry barrier, the community is providing token compute subsidies so small and mid-sized teams can access top-tier AI creation capabilities at controlled cost.

Designed around pain points such as fragmented creation workflows, high copyright-compliance risk and inefficient team management, the platform integrates state-of-the-art models covering text, image, audio and video generation. Its "infinite canvas" mode lets creators combine multiple models in a single workspace instead of shuttling between tools.

On copyright, the platform teams up with model providers to offer commercial-grade compliance services covering ordinary likenesses, celebrity portraits and well-known copyrighted works, aiming to remove infringement risk at the source. The platform also supports high-concurrency, low-latency AI video generation, compressing creation cycles from days to hours for batch short-drama output and fast ad iteration.

Built-in scenario agents handle video replication, e-commerce product images and KOC seeding content, while enterprise features such as unified main/sub-account management, tiered permissions, transparent billing and centralized asset storage address the scattered-account management problems that plague many teams.

On the hardware side, the community recently deployed 50 NVIDIA DGX Spark units with partner Zanchit Technology, joining an existing 100-card compute pool dedicated to the film industry. The result is a multi-tier architecture combining distributed and centralized compute, supporting everything from model calls to large-scale video rendering.

As a showcase case, Zuodai Culture, based in Songjiang, produced "Spirit Detective," described as China's first AIGC photorealistic short drama running over 100 minutes, and its ongoing projects "Spirit Detective II" and "New Station 51" have already moved onto the Haozhen platform for production.

Kuaizi founder and CEO Chen Wanfeng said the two sides will keep upgrading the platform in industrial clustering, technology iteration and commercial conversion, projecting AI digital-content business scale to exceed 50 million yuan in 2026. Haopu community head Xi Yue framed the software-hardware upgrade as laying the foundation that turns AI creation from ad-hoc tinkering into a coordinated toolkit.
