Complete AI Agents launches 9,866 AI agent templates for everyday business tasks

Complete AI Agents has launched completeaiagents.com, a library of 9,866 AI agent templates covering 495 jobs across 42 industries, from invoicing and onboarding to reconciliations. Each template bundles instructions, a process flow, system connections, approval rules and an install package so it can run inside Claude, ChatGPT Codex, Cursor or other MCP-capable assistants.

Complete AI Agents, part of the Complete AI family and run by Hong Kong-based Nexibeo Limited, on October 17 announced the launch of completeaiagents.com, a library of 9,866 full AI agent templates for recurring business tasks such as invoices, quotes, onboarding, reports and reconciliations. The company says the templates span 495 jobs across 42 industries, including accountants, paralegals, dispatchers, compliance analysts and operations managers.

Each template is written as a job description rather than a prompt. It includes step-by-step instructions with completion checks, a process flow marking every step and approval, the systems the agent reads from and writes to, such as Gmail, Google Sheets, QuickBooks and Slack, plus the access it needs, safety rules requiring approval before anything leaves the business, defined stop conditions, installation files for Claude, ChatGPT Codex, Cursor, Kimi, Windsurf, Grok and Microsoft Copilot, and a sample case to confirm the install works before real data is used.

The templates are designed to run inside the assistant a team already uses. Agents can be pasted in, installed from a package, or retrieved by the assistant through a Model Context Protocol connection. Connections to tools like Gmail or Google Sheets use those tools' standard sign-in, and the company says users are not asked to type passwords into a chat.

One published example is the Fractional CFO Month-End Review Agent. After a month is closed, it reads a client's ledger, bank reconciliations and aged lists, ranks issues by amount, sends questions to the bookkeeper and prepares a one-page summary for the owner. It does not post entries to the ledger, and the CFO approves the summary before it goes out.

Discovery is part of the product. Visitors can browse every agent, its process flow and estimated time savings without an account, filtered by job, industry and task. A free agent matcher suggests templates from a description of a user's job and most time-consuming tasks, and paying members can use an agent builder that turns answers to six questions into a complete agent.

The site also attaches an estimated hours-and-cost saving to each agent, derived from how often the task occurs and an estimated US median hourly wage for the job. Complete AI Agents describes those figures as estimates for comparing agents rather than guarantees, a caveat worth taking seriously, since realised savings depend on a company's own process and data quality.

The library is available now in English with personal and business memberships, plus an optional consultancy package in which the team adapts and installs agents for a business over Zoom. Complete AI Agents sits alongside completeaitraining.com in the Complete AI family.

The pitch is less about the raw count than about packaging: every template ships with a process flow, system connections, approval gates and a test case, so a small team can install an agent instead of engineering one. What to watch is whether nearly ten thousand templates hold up on messy real-world data, and whether businesses will pay for templates plus consultancy rather than building agents themselves.

Why it matters

For small teams, the launch reframes agent adoption as selecting a job description and installing a configuration rather than building software, which lowers the barrier to entry. Whether template quality and claimed time savings survive contact with real business data is the open question.
