Yuanshi Technology launches WenXiaoBai 5 Pro, an AI agent engine for long-form content delivery

Yuanshi Technology has launched WenXiaoBai 5 Pro, positioning it as a new-generation long-form content generation engine with three differentiating strengths: "long, stable, and traceable." The product directly addresses one of the most common AI pain points in long-form creation — as tasks progress, model output gradually loses logical coherence, a phenomenon often called "AI memory loss."

WenXiaoBai 5 Pro breaks down "length" into three dimensions: input length, workflow length, and output length. Web pages, files, and images first enter a workspace, then the agent reads, writes, and organizes them in phases according to the task. Unlike traditional approaches that cram all content into a single context window, it manages materials through a cross-modal file sandbox, ensuring the AI only processes the most relevant information for the current task.

Yuanshi Technology founder Li Yan likened the approach to upgrading AI's digestive system: "The old AI was like a glutton — it wanted to swallow everything in one gulp, but couldn't digest it. What we're doing is giving AI a new digestive system." For stability, WenXiaoBai 5 Pro equips AI with a cross-modal file sandbox where materials are semantically organized into a navigable file tree, ensuring the model only sees information relevant to the current task step.

Traceability is another key feature. For serious content creators, speed is just the first hurdle — being able to trace facts determines whether the output can actually be used. The product retains drafts, task history, cited sources, and final results in the workspace, allowing users to review the basis for any claim and jump back to original sources.

In practice, users give a single instruction and WenXiaoBai 5 Pro automatically breaks the task into a To-Do list and begins execution. During generation, users can directly edit or annotate content, and the AI extracts preferences from these adjustments into a memory bank for future iterations. The team's work on long-range consistency won an ACL 2025 Outstanding Paper Award, and NVIDIA's GTC 2026 incorporated their DeepResearch Bench into the evaluation system for deep research agents.

Li Yan positions WenXiaoBai 5 Pro as "outcome-side delivery" — users simply tell the product what they want, and the complex workflow orchestration, multi-round verification, and structured memory management are handled by the product.
